UNFORTUNATELY THIS PROGRAM IS ON HOLD WHILE LITIGATION IS PENDING IN THE 5TH CIRCUIT COURT.
First and foremost, it will be some months before applications are available to be filed for the President’s Executive Actions on Immigration.
If you have a criminal record, you should have your case evaluated by an attorney before filing.

Expanded Deferred Action
1. Did you enter the United States on or before January 1, 2010 AND you have a United States Citizen Child/Children OR a legal permanent resident child/Children? If you answered yes & have continuously lived in the USA since Jan. 1, 2010, then you will likely be covered by the President’s executive action.
2. Did you enter the USA before you turned 16 years old & and before January 1, 2010? If you answered yes, you will likely qualify for the President’s executive action regardless of your age now.
Expand I601A Stateside Waiver to Spouses and Children of Legal Permanent Residents
3. Stateside i-601A waivers will now be available for spouses and children of legal permanent residents (see previous blog on stateside waivers)
