Erin Kedrowski is an associate attorney at Bailey Immigration, PC. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse with a B.S. in both Political Science and Spanish. She than attended the University of South Carolina School of Law and obtained her Juris Doctorate degree. She is a member of the South Carolina State Bar, the Greenville, SC County Bar, the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association National, Oregon, and Washington State chapters, and is licensed to practice in all Immigration Courts.
Erin’s grandparents were immigrants from Latvia, in eastern Europe, and became naturalized United States Citizens. Because of this, she has always had a desire to help the immigrant community and knows how important becoming a United States Citizen is. Due to this, she has strictly practiced immigration law since graduating law school. She has spent time working with, Allen Ladd, a leading immigration attorney in Greenville, SC, and with an immigration law firm in both thier Tri-Cities, Washington and Portland, OR offices.
In addition, while in law school, she studied in London, England and took a course taught at Grey’s Court Inn of Law focusing on international law. She has also studied Rule of Law and Federal Appellate practice.
Erin believes in keeping open lines of communication between herself and her clients and knows how important their immigration matters are. She has experience with family petitions, naturalization, waivers, proceedings in immigration court, and business immigration matters.
In her free time Erin likes to travel, explore Portland, and spend time with her dog, Sophie.
