MaryKate Trainor


MaryKate earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with Honors from The College of Charleston, in South Carolina. She obtained her Juris Doctor and Certification in Criminal Litigation at University of San Diego Law School in 2019.

Prior to joining Bailey Immigration, MaryKate enjoyed working in criminal defense and juvenile dependency. Over the years, she’s volunteered her time with non-profits and governmental agencies aimed at helping underserved populations. She is excited to join a practice focused on immigration work, where her passion for story-telling and advocacy will thrive.

MaryKate is admitted to practice in both Oregon and Colorado. In her free time, she enjoys being outside, hiking, camping, and traveling with her dog. Her ability to consistently get lost provides great adventures.
