USCIS To Increase Fees On Most Application Beginning October 2, 2020

USCIS will begin fee increases beginning October 2, 2020. Here are some notable fee increases:
Family Petition Form i-130: $25 increase from $535 to $560
Waiver Form i192 (often needed for the U visa): $470 increase from $930 to $1400
Unlawful Presence Waiver Form i601a: $330 increase from $630 + $85 biometric fee to $960 + biometric fee
Work Authorization Form i765 (non-Daca): $140 increase from $410 to $550
Work Authorization Form i765 (daca): the fee remains $410
Petition for Qualifying Family Member of U-1 Form i929: $1255 increase from $230 to $1485
Citizenship N400: $530 increase from $640 + biometric fee , $1170 + biometric fee
Removal of Conditions Form i751: increase of $165 from $595 to $760
Some Fees will DECREASE
Biometric Fee (Non-DACA): decrease of $55 from $85 to $30
Biometric Fee DACA remains the same: $85
I129F fiancé petition: decrease of $25 from $535 to $510
I485 legal permanent resident application: decrease of $10 from $1140 to $1130
